I’m an aspiring product designer with a passion for transforming ideas into tangible prototypes. My expertise lies in early-stage product development, where I thrive in bridging the gap between concept and functional design. With a solid background in manufacturing technologies, I’m formally educated in the use of both manual and CNC machines, as well as other manufacturing techniques, although I specialize in using additive manufacturing to develop concepts. I also consider Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) as key parts of the design process, ensuring that designs are not only innovative but also practical and ready for production.
My goal is to create products that are not just well-engineered but are also optimized for real-world manufacturing and assembly, making the transition from "just an idea" to a tangible prototype to production as seamless as possible.
If you have an idea you would like to see explored and made into a product please get in touch.
This website serves as my online portfolio, CV, and a platform for marketing my service. On the website, you’ll find projects highlighting my approach to early-stage product development, from concept sketches to functional prototypes. I will be sharing some ongoing projects that I hope will demonstrate my continuous learning/development and exploration of design and manufacturing principles and techniques. Whether you’re here to learn more about my background, explore my work, or discuss potential collaboration opportunities, I hope this site provides a clear picture of my skills and approach to design.
